hello, I appolgize on if im posting this in the wrong area. i couldnt figuer out why the websites rule pages wasnt loading my web browser even tho im on the latest version of chrome and i tried on the latest version of firefox to, and it still didnt work either. im wanting to comepltly unlock my hp elitebook 8760w and learn the process on my own as well. i other devices i want to do the same thing with as well. but for a begginer in bios modding what do i need to know in getting into the worm hole here? or adding featuers if this is how it works? im wanting to test the limits of my bios and see what i can do with my hardware. what im bassicly looking to do with my bios is the following,
- remove wifi card blacklist
- remove mxm gpu blacklist
- unlock bios for every single option to show up
- fix any bios mistakes
- unlocking built in hd graphics
- i have intel hd 3000 and want to over clock them
- would like to try and get two 16gb ram modules working in dual ram motherboard before i install 4 ram slot motherboard
oh also create a backups of coarse.
and if i can port the process to the new motherbaord and maybe this is something for the job of coreboot? but there really isnt a lot of information on it right now. has anyone else tested it out?
I Appolgize if i posted this in the wrong spot i couldnt read the website rules page i have the lastest version of google chrome and firefox, but the rules pages just refused to load and said 404 forbiden.
