upgrade cpu on sony vaio

Hi, I have a sony vaio vpc f11s1e/b

my cpu is i7 720qm
i want to upgrade with i7 920xm, but the laptop doesn't boot with this, the screen stay black

I'm suppose I should hack bios for support
how does this ?
