E6600 is recommended.

not for now Smile
thank you bro you helped me a lot
again thank you <3

safasafari, do you have a programmer for flash BIOS chips?
Sometimes a BIOS for another model of motherboard can be suitable.
If I had ASUS P5PL2-E I would try to flash a BIOS developed for another model - ASUS P5LD2 SE (it has a very similar PCB layout to ASUS P5PL2-E).
Although such another BIOS can brick your board or some devices can stop working properly. So try only on your own risk!
I do have a programmer so it's not a problem for me to unbrick a motherboard with bad BIOS.

P.S. ASUS P5PL2-E supports only DDR2-533 whereas ASUS P5LD2 SE also supports DDR2-667

P5LD2 SE doesn't support 45-nm CPUs too.

Yes, but it was definitely better with just added wolfdale's microcode. And there's a good modded bios P5LD2 SE for Wolfdale CPUs :-)
(it can be found easily in the Internet but I can give the link or upload it here if you like). But, IMO, it's better, using supported CPU (Conroe or P4), to try the original "foreign" BIOS first and test side effects.
