Which chip did you end up using? I'm not sure which one to use either.
After removing the back cover of the laptop. You will see the motherboard and the chip is located on the opposite side of the board. It is in between the 4 ram modules (Skynix) and the hole. Look for the chip with the label GD25LQ64.

Thanks for your work on this, it worked perfectly on my test Yoga. However could anyone give me some hints as to how I might be able to restore the serial number and UUID after flashing?
I have 60 of these things in an Active Directory environment and I'd like to get everything right.. I certainly don't want to have to remove the boards to flash them all more than once!
You have to write them into DMI Bios Region !

I'm guessing that I need something that can edit the modified BIOS dump that you uploaded?
