Let me get your Data and I will try to modify the firmware for You !
To do this job it needs a Full report by AIDA64 (Cracked version) and a complete
actual laptop data and all You desire to change to (make a screenshot of menu tab Information)
and upload all here !
regards
Thanks for the offer! I will get the information when I go in to my office on Monday since I forgot to bring a charger home with me.

Basically all I really needed is to bypass the wireless card whitelist, while preserving all of the DMI data...but for 50+ Yoga laptops. I guess it's not as simple as making a hex change?
Hello! I have Yoga 2 11" with i5-4202Y (Haswell) and with a different version of the chip.

Can I flash the modified bios with this chip? Which settings should I choose in CH341A flash tool?

The latest version of the BIOS for my Yoga:

Thank you for the assistance in advance!
You need to read that Eeprom Chip to make a Full Dump Firmware !!!
It needs to roll back for Emergency and for Backup, so before all You have to
read It and upload the file here for me, then I will check It and modify for
You !
Please write the Chip words Manufacturer and model as I cannot read, best thing to
check your Eeprom Chip is to use this tool run It as Admin and pload the result file

Well, I managed to fix the serial number/UUID issue by using Andy P's tool to extract the padding files containing that data from the backup of my test machine, and then inserting them in to BDMaster's patched BIOS.

Would anyone happen to know how to disable the monitor on/off hotkey feature? I'm thinking that it is probably down to the module called "MonitorKey" but I don't know how to disable this. It would be really useful to have that feature disabled since students where I work love pressing that button to turn the screen off and then leaving it so that the next user thinks that the laptop is broken.
Many Insyde Bios are patched by Phoenix BIOS Editor Pro v2.2.1.3, then this Tool
remove in a shot the Module You selected !
Many times this solution worked for Withelist and Others, I is equal as remove this Module
and repack Bios by PMT259 !
I suggest to get an SPI Programmer to make this tests as if You brick your laptop then can
came back !!!

I do have a programmer (which is how I was able to flash the whitelist modified BIOS), thanks for the heads up about BIOS Editor Pro. I'll check it out and see what results I get Smile

Also for anyone else reading this, Intel's 7260AC wireless cards seem not to work very well with these laptops.
Well it looks like I failed at the first step - BIOS Editor Pro can't open any of my ROM dumps, just giving the error "No BCPs found" Sad
Ok I posted for Phoenix and this is Insyde so use this one :

Well, I give up Smile ezH2O doesn't want to do anything because I don't know how to extract modules in the *.fd format that it wants, and replacing modules with PMT just gives me a BIOS file that bricks the laptop. Can I have some help please? Smile

I need a BIOS file which removes the whitelist and unlocks the hidden BIOS menu options. I'd also like to have the hotkey function disabled which turns the LCD on and off (it sits on the laptop's F9 key).

I have uploaded a dump of a laptop's BIOS with the latest 1.15 update here: https://www.dropbox.com/s/hpr0rq8tpgqqfw...p.zip?dl=0

Thanks for any help you can provide!
