I have the hp g6-2218nr with 8gb ram and an upgraded a10-5750m AMD APU, i only have 512mb of gpu memory onto the ram, and i have read alot about adding more and the only way to do that is via the bios. Im not sure if this bios can be unlocked just so i can have the option to add more.. if it will even be there.
The earliest bios for this laptop is F.26 sp60936.exe http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/softw...72&sw_lang= i am on F.29 which is the latest.
If there is another way of adding more memory/RAM to the apu let me know, as i think bf4 and dayz will get higher fps.
