i have modded the version of bios R02-B1
because the version R01-A1 is not good for overclocking
if you want this bios based on the new version post a message in this post

Works great, it corrected the cpu multiplier and now has gone from 2.1Ghz to 2.55Ghz.

great for you my cpu is overclocked to 3ghz to 3.3ghz (10% :S the original fan is no good for me i'm think i'm change it for a good overclocking)

I have bios R01-A1 on my Acer M5100 and is wondering wether or not I can still use the R02-B1? I mean is it a newer version or is it a complete different bios?

Also when using awdflash what options should I use to upgrade my bios after I've made the USB flash disk and copied over the essential files?

You can go ahead and flash the R02-B1 bios with no probs, its for the same mobo. To flash it simply type awdflash in dos, type name of bios, and let the program do the work.
