Hello all,
I checked out vkrasav4ik's backup and it looks like there is quite a bit to unlock here. However, while I can mod a backup, it would only be flashable via hardware programmer. Only official BIOS updates are flashable via software (ie: the easy way) because they contain a few kilobytes of platform data at the end that instructs the flashing software on how to interact with and flash the particular BIOS chip.
Could someone give me a link to an official BIOS update for this motherboard? It will be easiest for those flashing if I mod an official update. The link posted by he201314 back in 2013 has ... expired.

From the release notes, it appears the version number for this update is inherited from the latest update for the MB40IA1. Further, they have the same chipset according to driverscape.com. I would say that it is likely the case that they are the compatible based on these details.
Comparing the backup from Post #3 to the BIOS update, here's what I found:
(1) Almost all of the named extracted modules (ie: BIOSCODXX.ROM, TEMPLAT.ROM, etc.) are identical upon hex comparison.
(2) The extracted .ff and .PEI files are the ones that differ. But they tend to differ by just a few bytes, with almost all of the bytes being identical.
The official BIOS update contains platform data so that the image can be flashed by phlash16. The backup does not (as is expected). A comparison of platform data between model revisions would give us a more complete picture of compatibility, but these are most likely compatible (especially since the BIOS menus as defined in TEMPLAT and STRINGS are identical).
I will modify the image that you posted. Thanks!
ETA is the next day or two.

The BIOS mod is complete! The hidden INTEL Menu has been added. Under it, you should find a large variety of settings, including the VT-x setting.
Please let me know how the BIOS mod flash goes or if you encounter any difficulty getting the mod flashed.
Standard precautions/disclaimers:
Quote:Please remember to take proper precautions when flashing your BIOS. Even if the BIOS image is safe, the flashing process can still fail. Make sure that [if applicable] your notebook is fully charged (100%), that the power adapter is properly connected, and that the chance of a power outage occurring is as minimal as possible. Do not interrupt the flashing process. If possible, it is good practice to have a working CRISIS recovery disk handy when flashing your BIOS. Use the flashing instructions for your particular computer brand. DO NOT DO ANYTHING UNNECESSARY!!!
