Hi all! I am trying to remove the wifi card whitelist for the laptop listed above so I can use an external graphics card. I know that the original wifi card that came with the laptop is the intel 8265ngw. Thanks for your help!

Hi, the Fibocom L850-GL GSM modem that shipped with my Lenovo X380 Yoga isn't working under Ubuntu Linux, even though Lenovo has the notebook listed as compatible. So I got myself a Huawei modem that works with Ubuntu, but now my computer doesn't start because this modem isn't whitelisted. Could you please whitelist the BIOS for my X380 Yoga and, if possible, make the extended BIOS features accessible? The BIOS file can be found here:

We have recently changed the motherboard of this laptop but other parts such as WIFI/WWAN and PCB of it remains the same. Now there appears an error 1802 of unauthorized error appears whenever the card for WWAN is attached. I was forced to remove it. The model of the card is Fibocom Model: L830-EB.

Hi,

Have spend my efforts to unlock whitelist but as I haven't done anything in this for like quiet long time seems that I have rusted a bit so made changes in two modules but after writing modified bios back to flash pc just boots with tetris like theme beep titidididlala and hats it, could you @Dudu2002 give some clue and help with this bios what I am doing wrong? As far I have found there could be BiosGuard? Or bios image signing itself?

P.S Attached orig bios and modified pei modules
