Here you go , i used Asus 2.1 SLIC + Certificate Included:-

1. Copy and paste ******.XRM-MS certificate file into C-Drive.

2. After pasting this file into C-Drive, go to START - ALL PROGRAMS - ACCESSORIES - COMMAND PROMPT. Right click on Command Prompt and RUN AS ADMINISTRATOR.

3. When Command Prompt opens, type at the prompt: slmgr.vbs -ilc c:\********.xrm-ms and hit the Enter Button. Wait for the Script Host to answer you with a message that the license was installed successfully....this could take a few minutes and so be patient.

4. After receiving the message that the license was installed successfully, type at the command prompt:

slmgr.vbs -ipk *****-*****-*****-*****-***** (Replace with any OEM SLP Product Key for your installed version of Windows 7 , they are not hard to find).Be Patient and wait for the message to say that the Product Key was successfully installed. After it says successfully installed, reboot the computer.

5. When you are back at your desktop, go to START - COMPUTER - right click on Computer and choose PROPERTIES and see if it is activated with an OEM product ID.

Please, one more thing, How could I change ASUS SLIC with HP SLIC?
I have a HP Retail W7 and I'm not sure if it will be activated with ASUS SLIC.

Thanks in advance!!!

The only thing thats different in regards to activation with OEM media is the fact that they install the certificate and key automatically. As Keys are not brand specific then it doesnt matter what OEM SLP key is installed. To save the risk of another BIOS flash you can do the following:

1. Install using the OEM Media you have (HP)
2. If prompted for a key (which you probably wont as it will do it automatically) continue install without a key.
3. After install follow my instructions above to install the Asus Certificate. doing so will overwrite the HP certificate that was installed automatically by using the HP Installation discs.
4. Reboot , windows should be activated as you have a full asus 2.1 slic in bios , the installation automatically installed a valid oem slp key because you used an OEM disc , and you overwrote the hp cert with the asus one to match the slic in your bios Smile

Good luck!
