Well, Intel Bioses can be modified for SLIC, but as for getting its menu opened up or microcode tables, it is qite impossible, and its not the reference bios. When your PC starts, look at the POST diag screen. If you see nothing that says phoenix or American megatrends, then we can't help you.

Thanks for explaining, I'll check and let you know.
If I were to provide a method for uncompressed the intel bios, would that help?

It does say phoenix in the bottom right.
PS if you extract the .exe for my bios it will give you another exe, if you extract that again you will get individual files, including the actual bios and the phoenix winflasher.
hope that helps!

Hey Guys,
I have to replace the GPU on my board, so I have it torn down.. perfect time to swap out the CPU.. any luck with adding cpu support for the 'newer' p4 chips ?
I have to refresh myself on this one but theres a lot of talk on new methods (ie wifi whitelist breakthrough) and there was a recent phoenix experimentation with the update00.rom cpu table so time to revisit!
