( Request ) Whitelist Removal Motion LE1700 (PLEASE HELP)

Hi, camiloml

I have a Motion LE1700 with the Phoenix B18 BIOS upgrade and I'm running Windows 7 Pro. I could not get the ID for the new card in windows 7 pro, because the card did not come up in the device manager as a unknown device. That said, can you remove the whitelist so that I can get around the FCC issue in the bios and use my intel 5300 wifi card? The link to the latest bios from motion computing is below. Thanks in advance for your help

it might be my bad too.... you wiped the a18 bios but not the b18.....just want to be safe with the new tablet
bios download is saying it's the same as current, so it will not let me write over the existing bios.

Use the foeceupdate trick again. I think bios is for A and B that's why the name is AB18

I changed the forceupdate to 1 from 0 but I'm still getting the same message and I checked the bios and I still have the FCC issue. I think I'm still on the orig. bios an not the new wipped one. It's like PHLASH is not letting me update, because it's saying the new image is still as the old.

Bios file name vidx80b18.wph modified date 9/24/11 and bios.bak mod. date of 12/4/11 if this will help.

That are the file for B version, there's also vidx80a18.wph that is for A version.

With the forceupdate=1 you should be able to flash it using MotionFlash.exe
