Help me, please.

Hi friend,
I remember for an Z510 that I saw before and It was not moddable as Eeprom Write Protect = error 280.
Use this tool run It as Administrator and upload here the result file :

http://rghost.net/57069912

If You got issue You can unpack It by 7Zip and run from CLI interface GO.bat file.
Let me know
Regards

I have done Short bios backup according to this instruction https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pxeJI5WYdJU
Check, please. Is it possible to disable the White List?

Ok friend,
I asked to do in that way cause the problem is not to backup the Bios from laptop, but to rewrite It back !!!
I want to look into resul file if your Eeprom gives error 280 cause I cannot rewrite the Bios Mod and the lonely way is to buy an SPI Programmer !
so Let me know if do You need only the
Mod and then You'll find a way to reflash It !

Yes friend we have way for reflash bios. Just remuwe white list lock from this backup if this possible.
we made backup in DOS this command: fpt -d filename.bin -BIOS
for reflash we will use: fpt -f filename.bin -BIOS
But mod this bakup https://www.dropbox.com/s/0ivzmq9yw1jp19...T.zip?dl=0

Hi friend,
I want to start a New Way to pass Mods to users :

AutoMod

Using CodeRush Tool UEFIPatch + Patches.txt We can do the Mod by ourself, in any time and wherever We are !!!

Just use the right Patches.txt for the own Bios Version, so for 8DCN39WW and 8DCN37WW use this one !!!

How to use ? It's easy, just do a biosbackup.bin file and drag&drop on UEFIPatch.exe (the Patches.txt file has to be togheter at tool) It will reply with a file patched, then rename that file as bios.bin, put It into modified folder where are all rest tools to re-flash Bios Mod and copy all files from modified folder to an USB Dos Formatted Bootable Stick and Boot from USB !
Then at CLI Prompt Comand run flash.bat That's It all !

Here CodeRush Tool :

http://rghost.net/56830811

The Patches.txt file for 8DCN39WW and 8DCN37WW :

http://rghost.net/57987330

http://rghost.net/57987329

Here Modified folder with all tools to re-flash Bios Mod from USB, follow instructions :

http://rghost.net/57987343

I hope It will become the New Mod Way !!!

Let me know
regards

Here is your Bios Mod ready to flash : http://rghost.net/57987314

Ok friend,
It's the issue why I wanted to get result file and look uour Eeprom Status.
So now if Error 28 We can try to bypass, but if Error 280 We need an SPI External USBProgrammer with a POMONA Soic Clip !

Hi, I hope to remove the whitelist from my Lenovo z510 with 8DCN38WW bios. I have added a backup of my BIOS. I also have done some test to see if my BIOS is flashable. I really hope so! I have bought a Intel AC 7260 module.

here is the backup to my BIOS:

If there is anything else you need please let me know.

Thank you in advance!

I know this request for the z510 has been answered before and on most it's not possible but they all had a error 280. I don't get this error and have other BIOS version. Can someone please tell me if it is possible? Or else I can reinstall my old wifi card (which is the stupid broadcom card Sad
