bios updating problem: mercury/KOBIAN PI945GCM

sir yesterday i brought new grafic card msi r5770 hawx...
but its not working in my motherboard ,due to old bios.
so i need new bios for my motherboard...

my bios specs are
BRAND: american megatrends inc.
VERSION:080012
DATE:07/18/2008

my motherbard is of mercury/KOBIAN PI945GCM..
pls....help me soon..
i want bios.rom file ..

as my motherboard manufacturer does't have bios on theur site.

I only found the atached file on mercury's downloadpage. It includes version 1.0 of your BIOS wich is the same you posted. Maybe one of my colleagues here can create you an updated version as it is an Intel Lakeport-G i945GC chipset with Intel 82801GB ICH7... I think someone can be successful with this so good luck to you!

version 1.0 bios i have,and motherboard company to hav version 1.o bios image which is much old and don't support my motherboard.

sir i hav given you my orignal mercury pi945gcm bios rom image.
and given latest intel 945gc chipset bios image file too as you said.
i want you to update my mercury pi945gcm bios rom image by intel 945gc bios image file.so by grafic card could work on it.
i have attached both the files in rar file image files.
so plz help me sir...
it mas been much time i havent attached my card.

Im really confused as to what your asking here..........the intel .BIO files is in a completely different format than the .ROM (AMI BIOS)

please explain in detail what you want us to do and give us a bios of the same type (AMI) to use

Are you wanting us to upgrade the VGA rom in your bios????

As I understood, he wants us to check wether the BIOS is locked against function with his new radeon 5770 graphics or if we can unlock it (perhaps by updating the rom's)...
I couldn't find anything locked in this BIOS and the only reason I see is an insufficient power supply...
