A16GKAM7.105.rom Mod
#1
Hi,

im new here so let me "Hallo" to all and great job you have done in this forum. Also had some good inspirations from your side.
So here my problem:
I have done it again and buyed some crapy OEM Medion stuff named P6512(MD98380).
Ok im very noob in programing and other stuff like that, but can read guides
so i modded my current bios with all mghty power me was given by god.
But now its the end of line.
I understood that i have to cut the 1B.rom from the main and seperate it from the rest but in point of Reverse Engineering i dont know nothing.
So please if someone could help me to mod it for me,this would be great!

Thx

Thx alot for the quick reply,

now i know the long long way i have to go to mod my own bios.
The problem is, that ive no skills in programming and other stuff like that, but need to learn Assembler Code for reverse engeneering of the 1b.rom.
i think im going insane, but others have done it , so why not me...

For those peolple who are searching web for the Medion md98380 bios
its extracted and modded by me with amibcp and u can flash it on your own risk with amiwin 4.47 to your rom.

Bye and cu

Looks like there's quite a bunch of options. Unfortunately, I haven't studied the menu options module structure completely so I can't add a setting, only replace an existing one.

So tell me what setting you need first and which ones you don't need.

The BIOS you've attached is already modded, did you do this? If yes and seems you've used only AMIBCP, did you already try to flash it? And did you fix it after using AMIBCP?

I just don't want to add modifications without knowing that the ones already added are working fine on your system. More mods - more risk.
