I too have a Clevo P170SM-a running an I7-4710hq and GTX 970M. I would really like the modified bios to unlock all the features.

You can attach bios source file which you've tested and confirm it's correct for your machine.

I am planning to set up a GDX EXP eGPU on my P170SM-A and I also need the BIOS features to be unlocked.
I have flashed the latest locked BIOS versions successfully and they can be found under following links.
