i got my computer to boot and work again!!!!!!!!!!

what i did

insert SD Card And Do A slow format To Fat (NOT Fat32) And Set the Alocation Unit Size to 512

Rename Downloaded bios To AMIBOOT.ROM And Copy It to the SD Card

MAKE SURE the SD Card Lock Switch Is Pushed to the top Of The Card

Put SD Card In Your computer Turn It On And Leave It Alone for Like 15 Minutes And You Will See An AMI Logo And a bunch Of Text, the text mostly says that you have flashed your firmware and to press a key (mine said F1) to set the bios settings

Do What The Text says

You Have Sucessfully Repaired Your AMI BIOS!

This Is How I Actually Fixed My BIOS, Not A Theoretical Guide That Dosent Go Into Detail
