APTIO 04PI version, Having Problems recognizing New Ram

I am trying to enable remapping in order for the bios to recognize my new ram, the BIOS does "see" the new ram, but after enter win7x64 it puts the new ram over the "hardware reserved" tag, leaving usable just a few gigs.

I ran memtest and happends the same it sees the new ram but 0gigs are mapped of the memory cards, i want to try enable remapping before i quit on the memory card and return.
