ASUS G551JW GTX 960 Locked overclocking Limits Help

hello 

I just give up with my stupid Gaming Laptop . I dont know why the company submit it as Republic of Gamers if the Max temperature reach at 75C ...

i searched in google to unlock these limits from BIOS configuration setting but i still cannot find a good way to do . for example i tried 
flash out my bios using nvflash application then the following error appear , remember that i used all nvflash versions all of them are useless .  I used MSI AB & Evga X programs to over clock the temperature and core voltage but they are disabled either i cannot ever adjust them ... the only options are available Core clock & Memory Clock ..... my Asus strix laptop is getting very hot during 8 minutes playing skyrim in full HD . it goes from 55C to 75C around 7 minutes only   Dont tell me 75C is okay its completely a garbage .... 

So I beg ALL OF you Please give me a definite fix to this gaming laptop

Note : The Temp limit in vbios is 97C ,But it does not make any sense because when the Stock temperature limit reach 78C the Graphic card keep throttling...
