ASUS M5A97 EVO2 - Requesting Modding Assistance
#1
I am interested in modding the AMI bios of this Asus M5A97 EVO2 motherboard, that is found in the ASUS M51BC desktop computer so that the BIOS has features that the M5A97 EVO R2.0 has.

Here is a link to the Asus M51BC All-in-one computer: http://www.asus.com/us/Desktops/M51BC/specifications/
Here is a link to a very similar Asus M5A97 EVO R2.0 motherboard. http://www.asus.com/Motherboards/M5A97_E...fications/

Here is a link to a picasa photo album with pictures that I have taken of this motherboard: https://picasaweb.google.com/11120754512..._m5a97Evo2

What makes this board unique is that it is the only socket AM3+ MicroATX motherboard that provides the ability to accomodate two full x16 lane PCIe cards.
Here is the expansion slot layout from top to bottom.
PCIe 2.0 x1
PCIe 2.0 x16
PCIe 2.0 x1
PCIe 2.0 x4 (open ended slot)*

This allows me to use my LSI 9240-8i RAID controller (Dell PERC H310) in addition to a full sized graphics card (I'm using a reference Nvidia GTX 770) inside a MicroATX case.

If anyone can point me in the right direction as far as adding some of the additional BIOS features that the M5A97 EVO R2.0 board has, such as the more robust tuning of the CPU, fine tuning of RAM, etc. It would be greatly appreciated. I want to learn how to do this.

I am attaching the M51BC/M5A97 EVO2 BIOS 0502. Here are links to other BIOS:
M5A97 R2.0
M5A97 EVO R2.0

Thank you
