ASUS P5P43TD Pciex1 m.2

hi everyone,
I Have Asus P5P43TD rev.1.0 motherboard
I just bought a nvme m.2 to PCIEx1 adapter and 128 GB M.2 than installed ubuntu os
but I can't boot cause motherboard didn't see pciex1 m.2
how can I boot from PCIEx1 ? Can I modify bios and add an option to motherbord ?
can someone help me to do it

This motherboard has too old BIOS. There is no easy way to add support of NVMe booting.
And it's senseless because of low speed of PCI-E x1 slot (rev. 1.1) - 256 MB/s
The best solution is SSD for SATAII, it has speed up to 300 MB/s.
