ASUS X71TL VGA UPGRADE HD3470 -> 9650M GT need Help

Hi,

First of all sorry for my bad English     i am from Germany

My Hardware;

Asus X71TL Notebook 
HD3200 Onboard / Device ID is 1002:9612
HD3470 on MXM2 reversed / Device ID is 1002:95C4
The Device i read in the below X71TL304AS Bios open with MMTool

New Card is the 9650M GT reversed with Device ID 10DE:064C
On the backside stay M50V-9PGE2 REV: 2.0 P/N: 08G2015MM20Y

I add the new Device into the Bios with MMTool an change the Card HD3470 to 9650M GT
The Notebook boot up with screen but;

No physical memory is available at the location required for the Windows Boot Manager.
The system can not continue.
In Bios hit with F2 i can´t see any VGA Bios there is nothing
I can´t use the Kayboard no buttons work only F2 and ESC
With HD3470 i can see the VGA Bios
I take the 9650M GT Device from different Bios all have the same Problem
(G50V, M50VN/VA/SA M70VN and X71VN) 

Pls someone help me
