Acer AM3400-E2122 Unlock Bios for Ram upgrade

Hello:

How can I get the bios unlocked to upgrade the memory?

BIOS Version P01.B4 dated 29.08.2011 (attached)

Adding extra 4GB Ram. Bios reports it correctly as 8192Mb but unable to load Windows 7. Error on start up: hardware change detected, re-install windows or contact manufacturer. Go to re-install Windows, get same message! Even tried to delete the entire partition and re-install. No luck!

Please help.
