Tested Install Method: Dump zip contents into prepared USB boot disk. From Dos, type cw51313. Plash16 will pick up the .WPH file and flash modded bios Leave .rom file on flash drive just in case it needs it.

Other notes: Rom file may work for another installation method but I could not get it to work.. Both are modded the same.
