SLIC tables transformed from 2.0 to 2.1w bios phoenix 1.10 to our laptops if anyone would want a mod, please

I'm sorry I do not understand this matter, hoping to get additional settings, adjust CPU power and so on, in order to shake the device, because the software is not possible, I beg your bios I have not noticed a difference, yet I have a intel core 2 quad q9000, you can add it support in the BIOS?
I'm sorry, I googled and found that this mode of activation vindovs concerns, tell me where to find the answers to my questions?

regards flashed twice from under DOS, no change, there is a difference between files and .wph .rom ?

He repared an Batch executable file = BIOS.BAT to get It easy !
You have to prepare an USB Stick Fat32 Formatted and Bootable :

Then copy into these files :
BIOS.BAT
KALA0110.ROM

Then Boot from USB and frm CLI C:\ . . . . (execute)
