Advent 5313 bad flash

Hi can anyone help me restore my advent 5313 to working condition please?
I flashed with an unlocked bios and now it just boot loops and I don't have and can't find the original bios for it, I think it has an u50si1 motherboard also.

If anyone has the same laptop can they dump me there bios please?

I'm doing the phoenix bios recovery guide and nothing seems to happen with the fn+b or win+b buttons is it because i,m using a usb stick?

I found A backup of my bios on the laptop harddrive(attached), how do I find out the bios recovery name?
I tried the bios slic mod tool which outputs a recovery name for any bios but mine.

Also I have obtained a usb floppy drive and I am willing to give a £15 amazon voucher to the first person who can get my laptop working again.
