Your bios chip is protected to write mod!!Set your laptop to suspended mode and wake up it after few seconds.
After that run tool again!

There are 2 steps:
1.Downgrade to one of oldest versions and run tool again.
2.You can flash mod directly into Bios Chip with HW SPI Programmer only.
