Asus 1101HA EEEpc overclock
#1
Could somebody please make a bios that unlocks the overclock capabilities of 1101ha without memory restrictions.

The 1101ha already has a overclock option, but without Hynix modules the option is lost when upgrading to 2gb.

Thanks in advance

Hey Justin,

I've seen unlocked bioses like this for the ASus 1000he, but Im not seeing all that much for this. let me compare some bioses and get back to you.

Thanks,

Okay, I need a bit of clearing up on this one. If you browse the eeeforums.com you'll see all the overclocking mods for the 1000x series. So are you saying that when you upgrade RAM that the timing setting disappears?

Thanks,

thanks for the reply

The memory timings were never there, but there is a cpu overclock option(as shown in the attachment). And yes it disappears when a non-Hynix 2gb module is used.

Okay, so far I can't really see any way to avoid this, but I would download the latest Super Hybrid Engine and see what you can push it to without the bios setting.

Hope this helps,
