I have seen some older threads on this topic but has anyone been able to get Phenom / Phenom II CPUs to work on a A8M2N-LA (NodusM3-GL8E) board? I know other HP boards such as the nettle2/3 with the GeForce 6150 chpiset have been modified to support Phenom CPUs. There are some older threads with attempts and potentally working bin files but all the links are dead.

Explain exactly what happens when you try to boot with new CPU.

i just picked up this board for a few $$ intended to use w/ a Phenom X4 9850 , does anyone still have the modded Bios that added in support? the dropbox link is LONG dead.
