Asus M50Sa: migration from ATI HD3650 on Nvidia GTX 260M

Hi to all, I would like to share my exp on doing this swap. Right now I'm not able to load with 260M installed but I'm looking for it. What I did already:
1. I bought new 230W PSU and changed its connector (from 7,4 x 5,5 mm to 5,5 x 2,5 mm).
2. I bought 260M on ebay with full default cooling system and intalled it into my mobo (it was quite easy by the help of some hardware instruments). My full story is here
3. I copied PCI Option ROM module from Asus G60Vx laptop and inserted it in BIOS for my Asus M50Sa, flashed the mobo.
4. During boot process I get this message:
"No physical memory is available at the location required for the Windows Boot Manager. The system can not continue".

It's not about RAM, reseting BIOS or NVRAM. It seems that it must be something else.
If someone got an idea - please, post. Thanks.
