If anybody could help me modding my bios for Win7.

I hope my BIOS is qualified.

Hi Admin & colinzim,

Thanks for your service of modding.

I can confirm the bios mod works without a glitch!

My win7 is activated with just the HPQOEMSLIC-MPC.XRM-MS file loaded!

Still some questions retain me;

- When this OEM key will be blacklisted do I need another manufacturer (DELL/ACER etc) bios mod instead of HP?

- When the key is blacklisted is it possible to change the key without reinstalling?

Yes you can easily change the installed product key through the windows activation screen (which can be accessed by right clicking computer , then going to the activation section at the bottom and pressing "Change my product key")

And no , you dont need another brand as HP is a major OEM and theres no doubt that , just like vista , major oem slp keys will be leaked when windows 7 starts shipping on new computers (October 22nd)

That activation sector is not visible atm. I think b/c my Win is activated so I cannot press the Change my product key .

Is it possible to crack my Samsung NC10 bios too?

I don't know if this is a problem but the bios update file is a executable and it is a Phoenix TrustedCore Bios.

And i cant extract the bios image from the executable :9
