Asus P5K-Deluxe SLIC 2.1 request

I found a basic (and last official) 1005 bios with SLIC 2.1, but it has old ICH9 intel raid controller ROM.
There ist the newest (ASUS P5K Deluxe 1005 v7.5 >> v8.9), this important exchange, to the good control, an SSD drive.

I am trying to make my NEW ssd (CORSAIR FORCE 3 240 GB SATA 3) stable on a P5K DELUXE WIFI/AP and I have to update the bios with the lastest ICH9R version.

I have one more issue. EZ Flash 2 says this rom it´s not compatible with my bios. Should I try DOS bios update (afudos). If yes, which program version should I use? I´m running a windows 7 64 bit and it´s known that afudos doesn´t work on 64 bits systems. Should I try a boot with a flash usb drive with a 32 bit system on it and run AFUDOS then? Sorry for those many questions... i´m kinda newbie... lol
