Asus P5KPL-AM/PS Dell SLIC 2.1
#1
Manufacturer: ASUS
-Motherboard Model: P5KPL-AM/PS
-Bios version: 0406
- Type: AMI

Link Download
Bios 0406

And I'd like to know if I need too SLP 2.1 to activate my Windows 7 or only SLIC 2.1 is enough, because I've read that is need to activate Windows 7:

Only way is to wait for SLIC /cert./ SLP2.1 combination either via biosmod.

Thanks
Matiello

Thanks, but I didn't get activate my Windows 7. I don't know why.
I flash my BIOS, I put all the commands in cmd and after reboot, nothing happen. And I used "RW-everything" to check my SLIC and I can't find the SLIC tab.

Suggestion?

Thanks
Matiello

1. Copy and paste HP.XRM-MS certificate file into C-Drive.

http://files.getdropbox.com/u/747181/HP.XRM-MS

2. After pasting this file into C-Drive, go to START - ALL PROGRAMS - ACCESSORIES - COMMAND

PROMPT. Right click on Command Prompt and RUN AS ADMINISTRATOR.

3. When Command Prompt opens, type at the prompt: slmgr.vbs -ilc c:\hp.xrm-ms and hit the Enter

Button. Wait for the Script Host to answer you with a message that the license was installed

successfully....this could take a few minutes and so be patient.

4. After receiving the message that the license was installed successfully, type at the command

prompt: slmgr.vbs -ipk 22TKD-F8XX6-YG69F-9M66D-PMJBM (leaked ultimate oem key).Be Patient

and wait for the message to say that the Product Key was sucessfully installed. After it says

successfully installed, reboot the computer.

5. When you are back at your desktop, go to START - COMPUTER - right click on Computer and

choose PROPERTIES and see if it is activated with an OEM product ID.

Yeah, I follow all this steps but I didn't get activate.

I've tried Three Mod Bios and no one works to me (activate Windows 7).

=/

Thanks
matiello

EDIT:I've just used "SLIC Dump TooKit" and the program said "SLIC Table not find"

Yeah I understand.
I use Asus Update to flash my BIOS, any problem?

shouldnt be a problem if it actually lets you flash it

Out of interest , flash back to the original unmodded bios and check it for SLIC , because when i try to mod it says this bios already has a SLIC 2.0 table in it. Is the SLIC 2.0 detected by the software?

Are you saying that my unmodded BIOS already has a SLIC 2.0?
Hum, I'll flash back to the original and see what happen.

Thanks
