BIOS FPT tool where can I get latest dos ver

I would like a copy of the latest Intel Flash Programming Tool (FPT) for DOS for Lenovo U310 recovery .
Or a link on Intel's site can't find it there.
I see the tool posted in the white list update forum but the link is protected.
Please send me a download link. Thanks
