hmm, how many Space is there/how big is the original pic?

Strange , ive just noticed that the original splash screen when extracted in uncompressed form is 469kb and 800x600 , exactly the same as yours!!

However , extracting it in compressed form its only 34kb which is what yours must have to be!

I even tried removing the existing splash ,and small logo then inserting the new splash but MMTOOL said there still wasnt enough space in the ROM

So you see why I'm also...
I also compressed my logo and it was exactly 33.9kB but MMTOOL told me it is too big!
No matter what, I inserted a 16kB-pic (black-white/640x480) and this worked fine...
SLIC 2.1 is also possible as I did it and I will post this BIOS as soon as I get access to the PC again.
