BenQ S6 | BenQ Aries 2.0

I'm working on some modifications to the BenQ S6 MID.
It's motherboard is labeled as a BenQ Aries 2.0

It's running AMI Bios, I have an original .rom that I backed up off of my device.
The issue I'm having is that I don't see posts, and I can't access the setup/cmos menu.

If I hold down DEL I'll see it for one quick second, I managed to get an image of this, it says "Entering Setup" and then it just continues to boot.

Right now it'll boot from an internal SSD and autoboot from usb, I want to get into the setup screen to see if I can start booting off of that sd card instead.

I appreciate anything you can do for us, I've looked at it in the AMI mod tool but I don't really know what I'm doing, I figured I'd leave it to someone with experience.

I found a modified copy, This lets me see the post and tells me DEL to enter setup but it moves to fast, I cant get in.
Quiet boot seems to be disabled on this one, but quickboot is still on
