Bios Modding R9 m275x to not throttle

Can someone mod a BIOS for a mobile R9 275x to not throttle and to make it so it does not downclock itself while gaming?

ive seen someone make a bios editor for that but i wouldnt know how to set it up better. on overclock.net. called teh hawaii bios editor. because these cards codename are hawaii. I'd like to see it not downclock as much, or an option to disable it so when i play games i want full speed, i can go to a for example i use afterburner for fan speed modification, on my desktop r9 390, and just click a button to disable it.

it will use more power, and be more power pulling if you disable throttling which i think it only goes up during games, and it goes up during bluray or movies being played too, i think. but not any other time..
