Bios problem

This is my first post, so hello everyone. I have found this forums with google directing me to https://www.bios-mods.com/forum/Thread-R...0-BIOS-mod however this thread is closed for responce so I've decided to make new post. Before i start I have to apologize for my bad english (im helping myself with translator). My problem is I have bought MSI P7N SLI (ms-7380) mobo which turned out to be flashed with Packard Bell Bios PBVG300.P0M. I realized it must be some OEM motherboard made for Packard bell by Msi. I want my bios to have unlocked CPU options - but this bios options are really very basic and do not allow me to enter cpu configuration (as i know is possible on ms-7380 box). I have tried using MSI tools to update bios but it says the bios ID is not correct and dont allow me to flash. Can You help me with this issue?

Mobo name is: MS-7380 ver 1.3 and bios version is PBVG300.P0M 08/06/08. 

As this is most probably motherboard made for some OEM configuration in PackardBell PC I have troubles finding any updates.

EDIT. I have contacted MSI support they confirmed it's board for PackardBell vendor and gave me newest bios they had for this mobo which is in the link bellow. However the bios still has grey CPU settings which does not provide any overclocking options. Could someone help me how to enable OC options in this bios?
