Boot options

I have a Jetway HA07 Ultra motherboard. It's a pretty good board, but one thing I never liked about it was the lack of a boot option at post. Is this something that can be added? Also, I was planning to get a custom splash screen made for it. Is it possible to add the option to switch between splash and post views?
