CPU upgrade request for Amilo 1536 T7600

Fujitsu Siemens Amilo Pi 1536 is standard with T2300.
Upgraded to T7600 at 2.33GHz. Bios allows max of 2048MHz.
Can somebody unlock the bios please. Highly apreciated.
If possible, also unlock menu items, which allowes max of 4GB memory and activate
Sata and AHCI menu.
