#11
You missunderstood me, that is all your bios has into it.

Look into the file i uploaded if you see any option that is not visible in your bios setup and you think can be interesting and i will try to unhide it for you.

I get it now.
To be honest... some 70% of the entries visible in the file you've uploaded are NOT visible in my bios. That's why I was so surprised about the possibilities of my bios...
I will go through it once more cause I didn't note anything by now, I got to check over the net what which option does. I'm gonna let You know in a few days cause I'm working everyday now and just may have no time for this.

This might be a lot of work (I don't know how you do it but I believe that You have to change every single setting manually)... If this is too much then let me know or give a tip of how to do itWink

ThanksWink
ps. there might be some thinsgs already unlocked, I just don't remember which, but surely almost all of this is not available from the typical bios configuration screen...

I need to know exactly which ones are visible and which ones are locked, think that i must blindly change the condition that make a option visible or not, i don't know if for your machine is visible, so i need detailed list. Just things you want but don't see in bios.

Ok then, I'm going to study every single entry in my original bios so You can be sure what exactly IS available and what's notSmile
btw. 'test it' You mean to flash it to my motherboard? Cause I don't know the way to restore the backup in case of failureSad... May not be able to come back to this forum after such a disasterSmile))

Well I got one, but that's a notebook too...
In case of failure I would have to solder out the bios chip out of the mainboard, put it into the compatible programmator and then overwrite it with the original one and then again solder it into the mobo to check if it works... Looks lika a lot of unnecessary problems. Anyway that's a far too risky...
I think that it will end our topic, sorry I caused You so many problems I shuold have checked it before posting the threadSmile

Next thing to do ---> laptop with dual biosWink or just the Alienware so there won't be any need to overclock/mod/tune it in any way I believeWink

Thank You and sorry for the troubleSmile

ps. I believe there will be more guys like me with notebook containing Insyde H2O bios, just let them know how much it takes to safely mod the bios in their laptopsWink
