Code 12 Error Fix

Hi all, i have a toshiba L750 a102 and i removed the whitelist with help of a member in this forum... but after installing the vga driver and restarting, the device manager tells me code 12 or not enough resources... ive searched google and it says something about bios not knowing how to allocate resources or something about 36 bit port ???... can setup 1.3 solve this issue?

Processer: intel core i7-2670QM CPU @ 2.20GHZ(8CPU)
MEMOERY 8192mb RAM

nVIDEA GEFORCE GT 525M-INTEGRATED RAMDAC 4 GB
pLEASE IF U NEED MORE INFO TELL ME WHAT TO DO.

egpu:gtx970 with a psu that is more than enough

Yes, Setup 1.30 can solve this issue as explained on it's page here (though T|I is down for maintenance). Can then contact me via email nando4eva at ymail dot com to resolve this.
