http://www.bugmenot.com/view/enbbs.gaodi.net contains a working site login which can be used along with Google Translate. However i hate this forum bulletin board software because it relies on user account "credits" which are deducted for each attachment download. The bugmenot account has no credits on it and you can only earn them by making helpful comments or something like that.

However , i think these tools are available in other places , we obviously need WinPhlash for UEFI Bioses. Chances are theres an official bios out tthere which will just contain this utility anyway as it would be supplied with an official BIOS Update straight from the manufacturer. Il download a few tonight and see if i can find one!
