DELL Venue PRO 7140 set boost max to 2ghz

Hello and thank you I will try it today. I had some problems in Intel xtu. I have change max turbo voltage. It was better but tablet was restarting after some time. Maybe throttlestop will be better. Is there possible way to change the max turbo every time I boot windows automatically? Thanks

The throttlestop doesn't work :( oh man. I only can shut down turbo boost in bios.
