Bios mod can be flashed using SPI-programmer+SOIC8 clip only

but what can i do to control memory speed
my cpu have 1866 MHz bus speed
laptop have 2400 Mhz memory
windows and cpu-z reads 1200 Mhz only

Did this ever get resolved? I have 2400 ram as well but the board sits at 1866 for some reason.
