It's look like we need find other method to change variable.

Using this tool to generate nvram.txt then attach it.(Run nvram.bat as administriator)

Okay ,please try this way to change variable value of address 0x928 in below.
https://www.win-raid.com/t3993f16-Tool-G...riter.html

After it changed to 0x00 ,return to os then run flash.bat to flash modded.


(It's seem more limitations in dell bios , i test sce normal on my b150 platform)
