-Manufacturer: Dell
-Motherboard Model: Dell Latitude D420
-Bios revision: A06
-Bios Type: Phoenix BIOS

SLICs are backward compatible which means SLIC 2.3 can activate NT 6.0 (Vista/Server 2008), NT 6.1 (7/Server 2008 R2), NT 6.2 (Server 2012) & NT 6.3 (Server 2012 R2).

It's the D420_A06_SLIC_2.3.exe and It active Win7 + Win8.1
