You need to find Service Mode Jumper on your motherboard.
Set it and try again.

Wokay, lemme go dig up my spare old PCs. Found the jumper location but Dell being Dell, they didn't provide end users spare jumpers to short. Will post back once I've completed the process. Thanks again for your time.

Hi there, Is this also applicable for i5 9400? I tried i5 9400f version, it worked but 9400 does not, it glows 2:3 ambers on my power button. I just wanted to use IGPU of the 9400 so I can use it without graphics card and interchangeably.
