Note (from dell.com): This file format consists of a BIOS executable file. To use it, download the file and copy it to a DOS-bootable diskette. With the diskette in the floppy drive, reboot the system and run the program.

I tried this from a bootable USB drive.
I receive the following messages followed by an error message:
Reading File
Flash Package mode
Option:
RBU image checksum fail!

Please let me know if I should do something differently.
