Do we need to give link on supported mobo's bios for Microcodes?

If we want our bios to support new cpus we need to post 2 links: our bios and another one which support that cpu. Are we doing this for cpu microcodes or what?

Because if for only CPU microcodes then this is a link for decompressing microcodes provided by 1 guy http://rapidshare.com/files/163163235/microdecode.rar

But if people here can mod bioses which just are locked from using certain processors like a whitelist or smth and it has nothing about microcodes then please tell me.
